HOW LONG SHOULD MY HAIR BE FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
Hair should be at least a 1/4 inch (no longer than a grain of rice) in length. If you have been shaving, you will need at least 3 weeks growth to get the desired results. Do not trim your own hair, if needed it will be trimmed during the appointment.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY SKIN FOR MY HAIR REMOVAL APPOINTMENT ?
To prepare for body hair removal exfoliate at least 2 days prior to your appointment. Exfoliating allows the hair to come out with ease ensuring a smoother more precise wax. Do not exfoliate the day of as it can cause irritation to the skin. This is excluding facial hair.
CAN I STILL WAX DURING “THAT TIME OF THE MONTH”
While it is not recommended, waxing can still be completed during the last couple days (ex. Light flow or spotting) of your cycle. Keep in mind that private area is more sensitive due to hormones and you may experience more discomfort than usual.
HOW DO YOU KEEP CLIENTS PROTECTED?
To assure the wax will never become contaminated a strict NO DOUBLE DIPPING policy is always followed.
Disposable non-latex gloves are ALWAYS used during hair removal.
For tweezers and other metal tools hospital grade sanitation is used.
Your esthetician will be wearing a mask during the appointment. Due to COVID19 regulations, masks must be worn to enter the facility and temperatures will be taken at the door.

We use a combination of hard wax and soft wax depending on the area.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Appointments may be cancelled up to 3 prior to your scheduled session. Clients have the ability to reschedule online. If you have any issues canceling or rescheduling a session please email us for assistance.
WHAT IS THE LATE POLICY?
Please contact us if you are going to be late. In most cases, if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late your session will be either rescheduled or canceled.
DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT? IF SO, HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?
Yes, deposits are charged to book a session. Once paid, the deposit will be subtracted from your total. Deposits range from as low as 1/2 of your service amount (minimum $3) to $15.
